Ritorna ancora Jim Holland, ovvero Sam Hell, ed ogni volta é sempre una piacevolissima sorpresa, perché le scansioni pur alquanto diritte di questo artista volgono sempre solidissime e incalzanti, techy e funky, in una maniera del tutto personale, non concedendo poi tregua sul dancefloor. Entrambe, infatti, queste due ultime produzioni s’impongono come vere e proprie ‘party tunes’, ‘Soft’, calibrata sui 130 bpm, parte con una intro ritmica alquanto minimale che evolve subito più sostanziosa e carica, ipnotica ma con le giuste necessarie variazioni e vocal davvero originali e ben fatti. Ineccepibile la pausa centrale a riprender fiato e continuare per altri due minuti e mezzo. Perfetta per inviluppi anche l’altra traccia, ‘Grunge’, questa a due battute in meno al minuto rispetto al lato A ma comunque assai dinamica, coinvolgente e rollante. Un gioiellino tanto buono che funge anche un po’ rallentata, a far da contraltare in set uniformemente scanditi assieme a molta della roba electro-house adesso in voga (che comunque non arriva a questi livelli di bontà ).
