Torna per l’eccentrica Exlpoited uno ‘storico’ eroe delle scene acid house, Adamsky, adesso frazionando il nome e accompagnato dai caldissimi vocal di Danny Williams. Sentiamo per prima la Skinpop version e l’impressione è quella d’un incisione avvolgente, molto radiofonica e curata, sia pure – ad arte – scarna nelle elettroniche, quasi giocattolo, che contrastano bene con l’accorato lovers-rock interpretativo. In catalogo anche una versione instrumental, praticamente identica e solo depurata dai vocal, mentre lo ‘Skindeep Remix’, più ritmico, bongolato e diretto – a 123 bpm – ben s’adatta a dancefloor stilosi in prima serata. Più funzionale allora il J Bag Remix, viaggioso e alla page (anche se non per noi) oppure il rifacimento di Kubo, tribaloide ed etereo, da adattare in situazioni altamente eclettiche. Si chiude con il remix di Tomsky, che sarà quello preferito – io credo – negli ambiti house più modernisti, produzione fluente ma in qualche modo scarna, ben rarefatta e agganciante.
