Arriva Mic Perri e la sua ‘Have A Nice Day’ viene ben modulata in cinque differenti remix. Partiamo con Calvertron – attivissimo in questa stagione – e azioniamo sul nostro controller midi il suo ‘dub mix’, reattiva mescola a 128 bpm di wonky techno, battente e laida, con innesti vocali secchi e decisi. Sulla stessa sintonia, in pratica appena più farcito di toasting, il cosidetto ‘vocal mix’, altrettanto – se non più – efficace in pista, energetico e robusto. Passiamo poi a Dirtcaps: il suo ‘Took Another Pill Dub Mix’ si presenta da solo, tranvata che t’arriva secca nelle sinapsi, diritta come un binario morto, ritmica e saltellante evoluzione nu-fidget, poi bissata nel ‘Took The Pill Vocal Mix’ con più stradaioli intermezzi d’un rappin tecnoide. Si chiude – ed è il nostro preferito – con il remix di Jamie Fanatic, massimalista e iperbolico, tagliatissima produzione fonda e sciccosa, inarrestabile e malata. Speriamo di recensire presto nuovo materiale proveniente da questa etichetta: se la qualità sarà simile, ci sarà ancora da divertirsi.
