12″ – Bombtraxx
The 6th release from the Northern American Bombtraxx Records gives us some good stuff from the british producer Jay Smithson, a.k.a. Rektchordz, still hot for the results of ‘Street Slut’. In this production he is supported by the vocals of Mc Profit, bassy Jamaican flavour which brings good vibes and rhythm through its rimes, full of digital effects. Deep and very well cut breaks in both sides, the remix by Jones brothers and dj Smart (Specimen A) is even more straight and powerful. Great choice and cool release for this young label.
